SNEZ E-News : SONGCHAT #3 with Snez

Hey folks, It's a very interesting time we are living at the moment. Ellie started kindie at the Steiner school this year in Coffs Harbour, which has been a wonderful new phase, as well as all the twists and turns and time management that this transition involves. We're all bunkering down at home trying to balance music, life and kid and in general trying to stay positive and catching up on a lot of projects that went unfinished while we navigate around this new way of existing.

I've been in the studio with Stew all week, we've got through about 8 songs, and miraculously....We're happy with it : ) Here is a little video about my 'Winter Song'.
Lyrics below.

If you would like to host a concert for 2021 for the New album tour, please be in touch.

Winter Song
Winter in my bones
Rooster tapping at the door
Curled up in the cradle with my little one
Tugging at my toes, c'mon let's go

Winter in my bones
Warm my hands on the stove
Pegging up the washing from the cieling
The living room, a sea of clothes

Sandlewood kisses and sombre mornings
Smokey chimneys, paint the slate grey sky

Winter in my bones
Like a snake beneath the door
Slouching sunflowers on the porch
The days are long, I dream of open roads

Skeleton trees and mountains of leaves
Holes in my socks and the mildew on the sill

Winter in my soul
Can you hear my rattling bones
Can you hear my rattling bones
Can you hear my rattling bones
